Trust Therapy. My name is Aoife and I am a qualified female Counsellor/Therapist/Psychotherapist (pronouns she/her/hers). I am an accredited member of the IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy – MIACP). I am located in two centres in Dublin City Centre, Ireland (Pearse Street, Dublin 2 and Harolds Cross, Dublin 6). I work with clients mainly face to face/in person. I also do online therapy through Zoom. I work in many areas including (but not limited to) young adult/youth issues, anxiety, panic, relationship/friendship difficulties, loss/grief/bereavement, anger management, low mood, depression, self-esteem, stress/worry, work issues/stress, sexuality, life transitions, coping skills, personal development.
